Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reels don't expire

Reels you buy or receive stay in your account until you use them. There is no subscription to cancel.

Automatic reel refund for failed edits

If an edit fails before any video is produced, the reels it used are returned to your balance automatically. This happens at most 3 times per 30 days per account; beyond that, contact us and we will review it. An edit that produced a video is not refunded automatically. Fixes and re-edits of a video are free while that reel’s AI budget lasts.

Refunds of purchases (money back)

Refunds of reel-pack payments are handled manually. Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your Razorpay payment id (from Razorpay’s receipt) or the order shown on your Reels page. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method; if part of a pack was refunded, the matching number of reels is removed from your balance.

Paid twice?

If the same order is paid twice, the second payment is refunded in full automatically and your reels are added once.
